We will continue offering online sessions through Zoom & FaceTime. Please email the front desk at [email protected] if you would like to book a remote session. We're offering 30, 60, 75 minute Pilates and yoga sessions. For those of you with kids, we are also happy to help you book Zoom family group sessions! 

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
To avoid being charged, all scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time
