How it Works

• Once you book a session at the studio, you will receive an email from the office with screening questions that will need to be filled out before you arrive for your session. This will happen each time you come.
• Please opt-out of bringing a companion or child to the studio. We will not be able to accommodate.  
• According to state mandates, wearing a mask is optional, but it is absolutely up to your level of comfort in the studio.
• We have blocks, therabands, mats, blocks, balls, rollers available for sale should you want to buy any.
•  All equipment used will be sanitized between sessions.
• The studio is set up with social distancing in mind and has separations between the machines.
•  Airflow is regulated with MERV-13 filters in the air conditioning/ fan unit and a medical-grade air purifier.
