Jessica was first introduced to Yoga on a trip in Switzerland at the age of 10. It was an amazing experience that would leave a lasting sweet impression on her. Nineteen years later she re-discovered her love of it and began taking her first classes at The Yoga Zone, with Yogiraje Alan Finger in the ISHTA tradition. She took their teachers training in 1997 and has been teaching group classes and privately ever since. Jessica has a playful personality combined with a serious attitude about finding the best way to make the practice fit each individual person. Yoga has many gems to reveal to the individual practitioner about themselves and how they interact in the world. Asana practice, spiritual teachings, and ethical teachings have all inspired her yogic lifestyle. It a journey she continues to explore every day and she feels blessed to be allowed to guide others.
